Do you use alcohol in your products?
Yes, some of our flavors have alcohol in them such as bourbon, whiskey, or moonshine to help create our robust flavor profiles. The alcohol burns off during the caramelization process, so it is safe for anyone to enjoy without the buzz.
Are you a nut-free facility?
Unfortunately, no. All products are made in a kitchen where nuts are used for some recipes.
Do you cater or do corporate gifting?
Yes. We offer custom wedding favors, corporate gifting, custom gift boxes, and popcorn bar kits and activations. For more information contact harmony@barneyssweetshop.com
Can you make custom flavors?

Why does my popcorn have a different texture than another flavor?
Because it’s supposed to! With more than 75 flavors (and counting), our
popcorn is designed to offer a range of textures. Caramel flavors are crunchy
and crisp, chocolate - or cheese- coated popcorn may be softer, and our savory
popcorn is intentionally light and fluffy. Texture variation is a natural
result of real ingredients and thoughtful recipes.
Is softer popcorn stale?
No. Softer textures are often the result of toppings, humidity, or heat
exposure—not staleness. We take extensive steps to preserve freshness, but
popcorn naturally absorbs moisture from its environment.
How do you keep the popcorn fresh?
We use natural rosemary oil as a preservative, include a food-safe
desiccant in every bag to control moisture, and package our popcorn in
resealable bags with a foil vapor barrier and triple heat seal.
How should I store my popcorn?
Store popcorn in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
Always reseal the bag tightly after opening.
My popcorn arrived soft - what should Ido?
Spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 250°F for 10–15 minutes, or use
an air fryer. Allow it to cool completely and it should crisp back up
beautifully.
How long does the popcorn last?
Our popcorn is best enjoyed fresh. While it remains safe to eat beyond
arrival, flavor and texture are best within the recommended timeframe noted on
the package.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
If you ordered online and have a quality concern, contact us within 10
days of delivery with photos of the front and back of the bag. Due to the
perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
