Chocolate Raspberry Tuxedo Cake

When our friend and partner, Amanda, walked down the aisle we wanted to make a special flavor to celebrate her wedding day.  This sweet treat is inspired by her Chocolate Raspberry Tuxedo Cake with a chocolate raspberry caramel corn, tumbled in dark chocolate, crushed oreos, and crushed raspberry powder.  Then we drizzled it with a touch of white chocolate to dress it up for the special occasion.  It's truly a lovely bite!
