Growing up, my family always had massive gardens — and come harvest time, we had cucumbers for days! 🥒

We had to get creative finding ways to use them all, so cucumbers became a staple in our kitchen and a flavor that feels like home to me.

This savory, herby snack is our playful take on that love — think cool cucumber with hints of Greek tzatziki. It’s bright, refreshing, and totally unique.
