Mock Apple Caramel Popcorn Ball

Grandma Honey was famous for a little culinary sleight of hand. She could take zucchini and turn it into “apple” pie, work similar magic with crackers, and somehow have everyone at the table wondering how something with no apples could taste so wonderfully apple-y.

Naturally, we had to bring a little of Grandma Honey’s kitchen magic into the popcorn realm.

We start with one of our fall fan favorites—Caramel Apple + Crushed Peanuts Caramel Popcorn—then wrap it up in buttery, gooey marshmallow to create one gloriously indulgent popcorn ball. But we don’t stop there. The whole thing gets dipped in rich caramel and rolled in crushed peanuts for that classic caramel-apple crunch.

The result? Sweet, salty, buttery, gooey, crunchy, and packed with all the nostalgic flavor of a caramel apple—without an apple in sight.
