We were recently challenged to create a Sticky Toffee Pudding caramel corn — and we were more than up for it! 🍮🍿
We started by crafting a rich, homemade date butter base for our caramel, then folded in perfectly toasted pecans for that classic, cozy crunch.
To make sure we got it right, we handed a bag to our friend Sam (a proud Brit!) — and we’re thrilled to say it earned his official seal of approval. 🇬🇧✔️
