We start by candying our popcorn in rich blackberry honey, then tumble it in a fragrant blackberry-lavender sugar handcrafted the old-fashioned way. Using Harmony's grandmother's well-loved mortar and pestle, we gently press together dried blackberries and culinary lavender, releasing the lavender's bright, lemony notes and blending them with the tart sweetness of ripe blackberries.
