Cookie Butter

My son, Ransom, is absolutely obsessed with cookie butter, so it only felt right to create a caramel corn inspired by my favorite little guy. We infused the caramel with rich cookie butter and then generously coated it with crushed Biscoff cookies.

Seriously, it’s sooo yummy!
