Pop Pop's Key Lime Pie

My Dad, whom my son lovingly named "Pop Pop", LOVES Key Lime Pie.  He's been asking me to make him a special flavor from the jump and given that he has offered his services to be our Chief Taste Tester we wanted to make sure he was all set up!  So we created this tangy sweet key lime caramel rolled in graham crackers to mimic this classic pie!  Pop Pop says it is a hit and he is the EXPERT taste tester.  Guess that means you better snag a bag!
